Goodbye, Beloved Keens

I bought myself these shoes right after Andrew was born, and today I said goodbye to them. They were worn out, falling apart, stinky. And they weren't really black anymore. I will miss them dearly. I even wrote to Keen and asked if they had anymore left, stashed somewhere. They replied that there is no plan to bring back the Keen Calistoga Mary Jane. So sad.

Next time I find a pair of shoes I really like (or sunglasses, or jeans, etc.) I swear I am going to buy two. Or more.
