My New Year's Resolution is to meet stressful situations with my family members with love and grace. Love, because that is what is at the core of our relationships. Grace, because I want to be more graceful instead of grumpy when such situations arise.I had been doing pretty well with it, until yesterday. Before bed, I gathered Valerie and Andrew in my arms and said I was sorry for being a grumpy mama and sorry for all the yelling.
And today is a new day. Love and grace, love and grace, love and grace, love and grace...
