Valerie is in a play at summer camp this week, which called for a cow costume. We took her cat costume (from Halloween two years ago) out of the dress-up basket for this one. It was still long enough in the body to fit, though the arms and legs are quite short! Valerie cut out and arranged the white felt spots. She sewed on the ones that were close to the various edges. I finished up the rest. She also made a darling set of cow ears and horns out of a headband, pipe cleaners, construction paper and tape. I tell you, the girl is a wiz!
I wonder if she will now be inspired to "go cow"!?
