I know, I know. I already posted about Leap Year last year. But seriously, I think it needs to be watched again, because this is a real leap year, for goodness sake! Read all about it here. I think I will try and get Hubby to watch it with me this coming Wednesday, February 29th.If you need another suggestion for this weekend, and you missed The King's Speech while it was in theaters, now is the time to check it out. Such a good movie and 2011's Oscar winner for Best Picture, Best Actor (Colin Firth), Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay. You just can't go wrong.
Speaking of Oscar, The Academy Awards are this Sunday, February 26th. Will you be watching?

ReplyDeleteI don't know what's wrong with me but I hate award shows, much to the annoyance of the rest of my family. I don't like the speeches, the looooooong thank yous, the forced humor...I'm a party pooper I suppose! :O)
ReplyDeleteI loved The King's Speech. Loved it. I loved Geoffrey Rush and always have a soft spot for Colin Firth.
I LOVED The King's Speech, and I love Colin Firth (he is so darn sexy)!!! Also thought Leap Year was precious. Didn't watch much of the Academy Awards this year, but I poured over the glossies afterwards -- would love to just TOUCH one of those gowns once.
