Some lucky girl got to see her favorite band, Crowded House, in concert recently. Mark, Neil, Nick, and Matt put on an awesome show. Fun beyond measure, for me!

- I am a creative type, an artist. Married to a wonderful hubby, with two beautiful children (Valerie 16, Andrew 12), I just wing it and try to keep it all together everyday. ReplyDeleteI just saw your post on Posie Gets Cozy about the Avett Bros. I'm from NZ, same place as Crowded House, and they're such icons to NZers. When they broke into the USA charts it was a wow moment for our country because it was pre-Lord of the Rings movies and we were just this tiny dot of a country on the far side of the world that hardly anyone knew existed. I'm still super-excited to hear anyone outside NZ say that Crowded House is their favourite band. I was just thinking about "Fall at Your Feet" the other night - that song makes me stop and just listen and feel whenever I hear it.
