Me and My Mojito

I'm not a big drinker.  Sometimes on the weekend I like to have a glass of wine (mostly reds, sometimes white).  Or a mojito.  It's kind of funny, but I might never have tried this minty cocktail had it not been for Burn Notice.  Bruce Campbell's character, Sam Axe, often orders a mojito, so that's where I got the idea to try one.

Minty and sweet with a shot of rum.  Delish.  The first sip always takes me back to my grandma's backyard where she had a big mint plant growing.  Then, if I keep sipping on an empty stomach...well.  I try to eat a little something first.
